CERAMIC ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND is a non-metallic anti-seize compound and assembly paste.
Containing micro ceramic particles in a phyllosilicate vehicle compounded in a synthetic base fluid
with a non-melt thickener. The compound fills surface irregularities and prevents both leaks and
the intrusion of contaminants. Working temperature range from any sub zero temperature up to
1500°C; at elevated temperatures the anti-seize properties are maintained by the solid
components. The major advantage of this ceramic compound is that galvanic corrosion is
prevented when dissimilar metals are joined.
Use on brake assemblies, all studs, nuts, bolts and other threaded connections, including exhaust
systems. Assembly is made easier and threaded couplings can be secured uniformly with optimum
torque. After long periods of service in quite arduous conditions of heat, pressure and vibration,
components can be readily broken out without damage or distortion.
